My name is Jesus Aaron Aguirre Rivera, but in the business world, I’m known as Aaron—a name that has become synonymous with delivering positive outcomes in contact centers by masterfully balancing operational needs with employee satisfaction. I embrace my middle name, Aaron, because it reflects my approachable, dynamic energy and resonates with the collaborative spirit I bring to every team, inspiring trust and driving success.
With over 20 years of experience in contact centers across Southern Nevada and remote operations worldwide, I am a seasoned business professional dedicated to driving operational excellence, fostering positive workplace cultures, and ensuring customer satisfaction. My passion lies in achieving equilibrium among these three critical pillars—because true success requires harmony.
What sets me apart is my intense focus, analytical mindset, and execution-driven approach, underpinned by a Six Sigma Black Belt certification and expertise in PMI project management methodologies and Agile frameworks. As a current student at the College of Southern Nevada pursuing an Associate’s degree in Business Management, I continuously sharpen my skills to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Beyond the Contact Center
When I’m not solving operational challenges, I’m also a music project manager, guiding artists from concept to completion on album projects. In my personal life, I’m passionate about fitness, training for the Masters Division in boxing, and staying connected to my roots in the golden era of hip-hop. Growing up in the ‘90s—before cell phones and the internet—I witnessed the world’s transformation firsthand. This perspective fuels my excitement for innovation and what’s next.
